Job summary

RHB Bank is seeking an End Financing Account Manager in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves soliciting end-financing projects from internal and external partners, deepening relationships with developers, and building sales activities with property developers for new launches.

You will prepare required documents for EF emplacement/amendment memos, coordinate with mortgage sales and branches, and ensure AML/KYC compliance throughout EF submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of working experience in Banking/Financial Services or related field.
• Preferably managers in Banking/Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Solicit EF projects from developers and work with Mortgage Sales Consultant/Branches for EF tie-ups.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers of Group Corporate Banking for EF emplacements.
• Coordinate with Personal Banker/Mortgage Sales Consultant for launches after EF approval.
• Conduct site visits and prepare Site Visitation Reports.
• Gather project information and documents for EF submissions and perform credit checks (CTOS/Experian).
• Perform name screening under AML Watch to mitigate ML/TF risk.
