Responsibilities

• Solicit for end financing projects from internal & external business partners.
• Deepen relationship with developers through account management.
• Build sales and marketing activities with property developers.
• Prepare checklist and submit mandatory documents for approval.
• Ensure developer information is obtained for credit checks.
• Conduct mystery shopping on existing projects.
• Receive and process EF application from developers.
• Explain consent clauses to developers when necessary.
• Obtain required documents or information from developers.
• Conduct relevant credit bureau checks for developers.
• Perform site inspections and prepare visitation reports.
• Conduct market checks and due diligence for project information.
• Send instructions to valuers to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Submit legal documents for non-panel solicitor approvals.
• Update frontliners on project completion status.
• Perform annual reviews on preferred developers.
• Monitor overall exposure per developer's parent company.

Job description

• Solicit for end financing projects from internal & external business partners.
• To deepen relationship with preferred developers thru account management model.
• Building sales and marketing activities with property developers for all property launching.
• To prepare checklist and submit all mandatory docs for new EF emplacement/ Amendment Memo.
• Ensure developer’s information (Eg: Developer name, shareholder name, copy of SSM or company profile) is obtained to conduct relevant Credit Bureau Check (i.e. CTOS / Experian / etc) or SSM search to ensure no adverse litigation/bankruptcy action against the company and directors.
• To conduct mystery shopping on existing EF projects (annual renewal/upon trigger)
• Receive EF application from developer.
• Explain the consent clauses to developer prior to application (if necessary).
• Obtain the required documents or incomplete information from developer.
• To conduct relevant Credit bureau Check (i.e. CTOS / Experian / etc), SSM search to ensure no adverse litigation/ bankruptcy action against the company & directors.
• To perform site inspection and prepare site visitation report for existing projects and abandoned/potential abandoned projects upon request from COSP.
• To perform market check and due diligence to ensure the accuracy of project information, sales promotion and competitors’ action.
• To send instruction to valuers for PAR to ensure each of the development project pricing is in tandem with the market value and sentiment.
• To submit to legal on non-panel solicitor approval and letter of undertaking format to be accepted and adopted by RHB.
• To regularly update frontliners, EFV, signors on the status of project completion and clearly define the type of units for the said project via the system and communication.
• To perform annual review on Preferred Developer jointly with EFV.
• To monitor the overall exposure per developer’s parent company.
