Job summary

Le Creuset in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Demand Planner to translate market signals into accurate forecasts across channels, ensuring products reach customers with precision and timeliness.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and operations to align on a single demand plan, support S&OP/IBP processes, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and robust forecasting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand forecasting or supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand forecasting across all business channels.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance forecasting models using data-driven methods.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align on a single demand plan.
• Partner with supply chain and logistics to assess constraints on demand plans.
• Monitor forecast performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support integrated business planning processes (S&OP/IBP) with reliable forecasts.
• Establish and promote best practices, tools, and governance for forecasting.
• Provide insights to support decisions and growth strategies.
• Establish local vendor sourcing to support business needs.
