Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a proactive Demand Planner to bridge commercial strategy and supply chain execution in a FMCG environment. You will generate accurate demand forecasts, manage inventory health, and align cross-functional teams to ensure product availability across distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 2–4 years of demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain experience (FMCG preferred).
• Strong analytical capability and Excel skills; ERP/planning systems exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand using statistical models and historical sales data.
• Lead cross-functional demand review sessions with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Collaborate with supply planning, procurement and warehouse to optimize inventory and reduce stockouts.
• Support monthly S&OP cycles with forecast accuracy metrics and insights.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure demand and supply alignment.
