Job summary

Mondelēz International Malaysia is seeking a Demand Planning professional to develop the IBP forecast by brand and SKU, coordinating with sales, marketing and supply chain to align on targets and deliverables.

You will manage the short-term and long-term forecast, collaborate with the modelling team for statistical forecasting, and provide a detailed demand plan to supply planners with necessary adjustments based on feedback from commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/CPG environment, preferably in foods.
• Experience within IBP/S&OP environments.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop 0-24 month IBP forecast by brand and SKU.
• Coordinate input from sales, marketing and partners.
• Review disaggregated short-term demand plan and weekly pacing.
• Provide finalized demand plan to supply planners and adjust as needed.
