Job summary

Career Horizons is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner for our client, a multinational power tools company, in Petaling Jaya. You will forecast demand, build baseline and promotional forecasts, and drive S&OP cycles with Marketing, Sales and Product teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, managing obsolescence, and defining SKU stock targets across the region, while collaborating with HQ for continuous process improvements and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, business, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain or production planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on data analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Product teams to identify demand drivers.
• Build baseline, promotions and new product forecasts and lead the S&OP cycle with key stakeholders.
• Improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias with root-cause analysis.
