Job summary

Mondelēz Malaysia is seeking a Demand Planner to develop the 0-24 month IBP forecast by brand and SKU, coordinating with sales, marketing and other partners to align demand with supply. You will review the short-term weekly pacing and finalize detailed SKU plans for supply planners.

The role requires experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment, strong analytics, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while driving continuous improvement and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the demand management cycle of IBP and strategy discussions.
• Liaise with commercial and operational teams to improve cross-functional communication.
• Manage forecast compilation, owning the short-term weekly plan and long-term forecast.
• Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting.
• Participate in IBP process and manage the demand planning tool.
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement and share findings.
