Job summary

Le Creuset is seeking a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Malaysia. You will lead end-to-end demand forecasting across multiple channels, developing models that incorporate historical trends and seasonality while collaborating with sales, marketing, finance and operations to align on a single plan.

You will monitor forecast performance, support S&OP/IBP processes, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of demand forecasting principles and data analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning processes including demand planning and S&OP.
• Experience with multi-channel environments and forecasting tools/systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end demand forecasting across multiple channels.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance forecasting models using historical data and seasonality.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance and operations to align on a single forecast.
• Monitor forecast performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support integrated business planning (S&OP/IBP) with reliable forecasts.
• Establish and promote best practices and governance for forecasting.
