Job summary

You will monitor demand vs supply, adjust forecasts, and report key metrics while optimizing inventory health and reducing excess. The role requires Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local S&OP process and Consensus meetings with Commercial/Marketing/Finance teams.
• Be the primary point of contact between Sales, Marketing, and Finance on Forecasting and Product Availability, including monthly reviews.
• Synchronize commercial plans with monthly demand/supply forecasting cycle.
• Monitor and adjust product forecasts based on POS/shipping trends, DFC, and customer insights.
• Provide monthly metrics reporting and recommendations on forecast changes, accuracy, and bias.
• Coordinate with Supply and Inventory Management to project Gross inventory/DOS and improve inventory health.
• Identify constraints and develop solutions to mitigate impacts while keeping stakeholders informed.
