Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Demand Planner to develop and execute an 18-month demand plan for assigned product lines. The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, and divisions to build bottoms-up forecasts and disaggregate them to item-level plans using Oracle Demantra.

The ideal candidate will have strong forecasting expertise, experience with Demantra, and proven ability to lead collaborative forecasting sessions while ensuring data integrity and SOX-compliant rollups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of Experience in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Operations, or related field with bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated expertise in forecasting and forecasting methods, with an in-depth understanding of their financial and operational impacts
• Self-motivated, independent
• Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in Oracle/Demantra, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision making and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated cultural and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.
• Excellent facilitation skills to lead collaborative meetings with Marketing and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• 18-month demand plan
• Use Oracle Demantra to generate forecasts with manual adjustments
• Identify, track, interpret and share econo-metrics to enable critical decisions
• Prepare and lead forecast collaboration meetings with Marketing and Supply Chain
• Obtain monthly OF Manager approval of CRD demand plan rollups
• Submit and verify latest forecast/demand plan in systems to ensure data integrity
