Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Senior Executive Customer Success in Kuala Lumpur to act as a strategic partner for FMCG and ecommerce clients, guiding onboarding through renewal and driving value from our solutions.

You will build relationships, define use cases, lead account growth and renewals, and contribute to thought leadership through webinars and content, while maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Dynamics, Skalin) and data analysis tools.
• Client-centric approach with proactive mindset.
• Autonomous, eager for new challenges in the exploding ecommerce market.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships and stakeholder maps.
• Develop measurable use cases for clients using context-actions-outcome framework.
• Drive growth through upsell opportunities and renewal strategies.
