Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality management, or related field.
• 10+ years in hotel sales with 2+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in strategic sales plans and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of corporate sales, account management, and market research.
• Excellent financial acumen with budgeting and ROI analysis.
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual corporate sales strategies to drive revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team.
• Identify and secure new corporate accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts.
• Oversee sales budget and ensure cost-effective resource use.
• Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office and Events teams.
