Sunway Resort Hotel is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive F&B revenue, secure corporate and social business, and develop strategic partnerships. You will lead initiatives to increase guest traffic and maximize F&B revenue across restaurants, bars, lounges, and events.

Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, generating corporate accounts, and collaborating with Marketing and Operations on campaigns and activations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• -Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality sales, event sales, or luxury F&B operations.
• -Proven success in revenue generation and business development.
• -Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• -Commercially driven with strong analytical capabilities.
