You will develop and execute strategic sales plans for Corporate, Government, MICE, Travel Trade, Wholesale, and Leisure segments, identify new opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with accounts. The role requires leadership, market insight, and a proactive sales approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years' hotel sales experience with supervisory or managerial exposure.
• Strong network of corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed room nights, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for multiple segments.
• Identify, solicit, and secure new business while maintaining key accounts.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and site inspections.
• Prepare and negotiate corporate agreements, group contracts, and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations to optimize occupancy and rate.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, production reports, and account records.
