Star Hill Hotel Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the hotel’s sales team and drive overall revenue growth through strategic planning, business development, and key account management. You will oversee sales strategies across market segments and collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM/sales systems (Opera).
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to guide sales planning.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to align business objectives and ensure service excellence.
