Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of Corporate clients, cross-selling and upselling RHB's financial products and services.
• Develop and execute client retention strategies to foster long-term relationships.
• Conduct financial needs analyses for clients, providing tailored advice and solutions across loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
• Prepare and present financial proposals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit analysts, and operations teams to deliver seamless client service.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Resolve client queries and complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
