Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of corporate communications or related experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English with storytelling ability.
• Strong project management and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Experience organizing corporate events across markets.
• Proactive, creative, autonomous and collaborative.
• Understanding of media landscape and digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Creative with strategic brand-building and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Plan, craft, and deliver executive communications to inspire and engage internal and external audiences.
• Shape ZALORA’s corporate narrative across messaging touchpoints.
• Provide strategic communications guidance to leaders on messaging strategies.
• Develop internal communications to engage employees and align with culture.
• Lead town halls, newsletters, and leadership updates; manage intranet and internal updates.
• Coordinate external communications with Global Fashion Group, media, and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute corporate events and campaigns; track effectiveness.
