Job summary

ZALORA in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned Global Accounts Leader to drive marketplace growth through data‑driven analysis and strategic initiatives. You will lead a team of Account Managers, build strong relationships with key brands, and set targets and promotions to achieve sales goals.

You will monitor category health by focusing on brand mix, assortment, and pricing, coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, and advise on actions that boost performance across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant working experience in e‑commerce or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Finance, or related field.
• Prior people management or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong English communication and business acumen.
• Strong understanding of fashion industry and SEA markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive category growth through market analysis, opportunity identification, and commercial initiatives.
• Lead a team of Account Managers to build and strengthen relationships with key accounts through joint business planning, target setting, and promotions.
• Ensure marketplace health focusing on brand/seller mix, assortment, pricing, and overall performance.
• Monitor inventory, campaigns, and plans to maximize sales opportunities across peaks and campaigns.
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for senior management.
• Use data and insights to recommend actions and pilot new initiatives.
• Work cross‑functionally to resolve operational and commercial issues and support growth.
