Job summary

ZALORA Group in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to partner with regional business leaders, coordinating workforce planning and HR programs across two Kuala Lumpur locations. You will handle employee relations, learning and development activities, and data-driven HR analysis to support strategic goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with department leaders, changes management, and timely administration to maintain a productive, compliant, and engaged workplace.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years in HR or supporting HR role, matrix/regional environment is a plus.
• Work location: office-based with 5 days/week at two Kuala Lumpur sites.
• HR knowledge: basics of industrial/employee relations, performance management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Regional HRBP to implement P&C strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate manpower planning, headcount data, org structure, and budgets.
• Assist in talent acquisition, development, and rewards initiatives with admin support.
• Facilitate employee engagement surveys and action planning.
• Serve as first contact for employee queries and support conflict resolution.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and training tracking.
• Support change management communications and project timelines.
• Collect P&C metrics and prepare basic HR reports for leadership review.
