Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 15-20 years of experience in construction, roofing, façade, cladding, steel structures, or building materials industries with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing full business operations with accountability for P&L, operational performance, and strategic growth.
