Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organisation in the Industrial sector to hire a Sales Executive based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on building key accounts, expanding business opportunities, and managing the project pipeline in the construction materials market.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in construction project sales or surfacing materials, is fluent in English and Mandarin, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of construction project sales experience.
• Experience with surfacing materials (laminate, wallpaper, carpets) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop key account relationships with dealers, fabricators, contractors to drive product adoption.
• Maintain CRM records and generate sales reports.
• Develop and manage project pipeline in KL region.
• Lead generation and new business development.
• Present products and provide technical support to customers.
• Meet and exceed KPIs; travel to outstation as required.
