Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a hands-on senior leader to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple functions, ensuring plans translate into results. You will work with the Board on growth opportunities and guide teams in sales, marketing, supply chain, purchasing, warehouse and admin to meet budgets and KPIs.

The role requires a degree in business/related field, 10–15 years in leadership, and experience in FMCG or consumer products, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia and

• 10–15 years of relevant working experience, including a leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer products, personal care, beauty, healthcare or related industries.
• Good understanding of business operations, sales, supply chain and commercial activities.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel to cover states in Malaysia.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, managing different areas of the business and turning plans into results. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure things run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure things run smoothly including budgets, targets and KPIs

Work closely with the Board on business plans and growth opportunities

Manage and coordinate key areas such as sales, marketing, supply chain, purchasing, warehouse and administration

Monitor sales, costs, inventory and overall business performance

Work closely with suppliers, distributors and other business partners

Support new product launches and opportunities to expand the business

Lead, guide and support the team to achieve business goals

Handle other business and operational matters as required

About you

A Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field. Other related professional qualification can be considered

10–15 years of relevant working experience, including experience in a management or leadership role

Experience in FMCG, consumer products, personal care, beauty, healthcare or related industries

Good understanding of business operations, sales, supply chain and commercial activities

Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Willing to travel to cover states in Malaysia, when required
