Job summary

PeopleLAKE Group, a diversified public listed group on Bursa Malaysia, seeks a COO or General Manager of Operations to drive day-to-day performance, execute strategic initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture. You will work with the CEO and Board across a diverse portfolio and oversee multiple business units.

The role requires 12–15 years of senior management experience with at least 5 years in operations leadership, and a track record in multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of senior management experience.
• 5 years in an operations leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-site, diversified, or complex operations.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s qualifications; MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans for all divisions.
• Lead execution of large-scale transformation projects and acquisitions integration.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; manage budgets and cost-control initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop senior management teams; drive succession planning.
• Foster strong relationships with CEO, Board, customers, suppliers, and partners; drive digital transformation.
