Job summary

FLEXTRONICS TECHNOLOGY (PENANG) SDN BHD is seeking a Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager to design, implement and lead total rewards programs that attract and retain talent across the region. Based in Bukit Minyak, Penang, you will partner with senior leadership to align compensation strategies with business goals and market data.

You will manage and optimize benchmarking, salary surveys, and compensation frameworks, leveraging data from Mercer, Hewitt, and WTW, while ensuring data privacy

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Typically requires 8+ years of professional management/direction experience in compensation and benefits in MNCs.
• Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, compensation frameworks, and market surveys.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a multi-pronged Total Rewards communication strategy across the organization.
• Strengthen effectiveness of total rewards programs to drive performance, attraction, engagement and retention.
• Provide functional leadership in Total Rewards to a composite team supporting HR strategy and business success.
• Demonstrate excellent business acumen and communication with senior management.
