Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in bid/tender preparation and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and manage complex projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Bid Solicitation/Proposal/Tender Preparation for complex contracts.
• Draft and complete proposals for RFPs/RFTs to maximize contract awards.
• Negotiate terms with clients and subcontractors to meet business objectives.
• Manage performance and set objectives for project/account teams and ensure delivery.
• Develop and deliver budget plans with senior guidance.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
• Engage external consultants or advisers to support key projects.
• Identify development needs and coach others to build capabilities.
