Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a Client Relations professional to manage relationships with assigned clients and provide consultative recommendations based on claims and utilization analyses. You will work with internal teams to optimize the customer experience and support cost-management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business or equivalent.
• Experience in client-facing commercial roles.
• Strong presentation, planning, organization and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and intermediaries to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Provide consultative recommendations through analysis of claims and utilization reports and propose cost-management measures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Customer Experience, Training) to optimize the customer experience.
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
• Act as door-opener to Segment management team and propose new products or initiatives for Direct Clients.
• Oversee seamless implementation including policy enrolment, briefing, helpdesk and policy issuance.
• Engage in projects to grow the overall CS business.
