Job summary

AIA Malaysia is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to support Customer Marketing by cross-selling insurance offerings and driving loyalty across channels. You will design personalised offers, work with distribution partners, and optimize campaigns using agile methods to deliver measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of customer needs to improve lifetime value and repurchase rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 9 years working experience in the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on products & customer campaigns.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly from a product perspective; experience with medical repricing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze our existing customer base across individual, takaful, corporate and digital platforms by customer segments.
• Run surveys and focus groups; leverage digital data to gain insights into customer behaviors, wants and needs; develop strategies to drive repeat purchases, cross-sell and upsell.
• Know our agency distribution workforce and other channels; gather feedback and adjust efforts; analyze channel performance to form tactics.
• Develop, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns and customer offers.
• Familiarize with front and back end systems (agent sales platform, agent app, customer app, back end OS) to design campaign management processes.
• Understand AIA’s product suite and how to leverage products for cross-selling and upselling.
• Operate under the Agile methodology.
