Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or project management or related field.
• PMP certification preferred/required.
• ITIL certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs concurrent standard or complex projects.
• Engages with stakeholders to deliver projects from concept through final implementation.
• Ensures client satisfaction and manages escalations, acting as single point of contact.
• Manages scope, budget, and timely delivery while upholding quality and client satisfaction.
• Documents and manages risks and issues; ensures clear communications to stakeholders.
• Provides pre-sales support by scoping and costing a project solution and participating in tender processes.
• Coordinates project teams through task delegation and resource management.
