NTT DATA Business Solutions in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP ERP implementations, including SAP SuccessFactors, across our client portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in IT project delivery, 5 years in a leadership role, and holds certifications such as SAP Activate, Prince2 or PMP. We offer hybrid work and strong professional development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP modules.
• Minimum 10 years IT project delivery experience.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Certifications in SAP project management methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate, Prince2, PMP).

Responsabilidades

• Lead project lifecycle from startup to close, aligning with business objectives.
• Coordinate activities, manage priorities, and mitigate risks and costs.
• Coach and motivate project team, promoting performance and development.
• Ensure quality, cyber security, and data privacy standards are met.
• Oversee communications with sponsors and stakeholders; manage scope changes.
• Forecast resources and manage internal/external team capacity.
• Apply PMI’s project management principles to deliver reliable service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date solution documentation and project reports.
