NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Client Project Manager to lead and direct multiple client projects from concept to completion on-site in Malaysia. You will interface with stakeholders, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and ensure high client satisfaction while handling escalations as the main contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business and/or project management or related field.
• Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP.
• ITIL certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs concurrent standard or complex projects.
• Engages with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Ensures client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.
• Ensures that the project delivers an as-sold solution, within baselined budget and on time with quality.
• Manages the delivery of the project, including scope control and change management.
• Documentation and management of risks and issues; clear communications to all stakeholders.
