Job summary

NTT DATA in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Project Manager to direct end-to-end infrastructure setup and data implementation for a leading regional financial institution. You will drive cross-team alignment, governance, and on-time delivery across infrastructure and data workstreams.

You will lead multi-vendor collaborations, manage budgets, and communicate with stakeholders in English, Malay, and Chinese, with strong governance and delivery discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field required.
• 5+ years in project management with IT project experience.
• Experience in deployment and go-live processes.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work at client sites and manage multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: develop plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Team Management: lead cross-functional project teams and assign tasks.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: create and manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Supplier and Vendor Coordination: source, vendor management and contracts.
• Stakeholder Communication: update clients and executives on status and risks.
• Quality Control and Governance: adhere to governance guidelines and best practices.
