Job summary

NTT DATA Payment Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager - Project Management to lead IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring solutions meet client needs and business goals. You will coordinate with architects, developers, analysts and testers to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards, while managing risks and changes.

Responsibilities include preparing SOWs, purchase orders, and status reporting, plus fostering strong client relationships and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in Project Management, preferably IT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the work of a team to achieve goals within time and constraints.
• Manage one or more IT projects, analyzing product requirements and designing solutions.
• Coordinate with test teams to ensure quality goals are met.
• Initiate test cases and drive process improvements.
• Oversee presale/post-sale merchant integration, requirements, issues, and reporting.
• Prepare periodical status reporting for management.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts and testers to deliver scope on time and budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project, technology and functionality.
• Develop accurate work estimates, budgets and timelines.
• Propose quality plans, risk management and change control for all assignments.
• Prepare and update product documentation; assist with ad-hoc tasks.
