You will plan inputs, manage orders, monitor customers via AFS, and lead a team to achieve 100% territory coverage while maintaining distributor relationships and ensuring compliance with distribution guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Minimum 2 years in field sales.
• Proven ability to lead people.
• Ability to understand sales functions including General Trade, Customer Management and Field Work.

Responsibilities

• Execute Field Sales and Business Development Plans across all channels.
• Deliver sustainable growth through distributor management best practices.
• Manage Sell In category sales performance for assigned distributors and territory.
• Plan inputs and manage orders by category.
• Monitor and track direct customers via AFS.
• Manage distributor credit and relationships.
• Manage Sell Out sales performance by distributor, category, and channel.
