Job summary

Wipro Limited in Malaysia is seeking a Change and Transformation Manager to lead complex business transformation engagements across the region, combining programme delivery, client engagement and growth initiatives.

You will shape practical change strategies, mobilise delivery, build trusted client relationships and manage governance, budgets and risk while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in management consulting or transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale digital, technology-enabled or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong programme management across planning, governance, financial management, resourcing, risk and dependency management.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives, facilitate difficult conversations and influence decisions without formal authority.
• Hands-on experience delivering change strategies, impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement and adoption interventions.
• Experience shaping consulting solutions, proposals, RFPs and account growth.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across client and partner organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, organisational psychology, human resources, communications, engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Shape practical change strategies, mobilise delivery and build trusted client relationships.
• Drive client engagement, business development and account growth initiatives.
• Establish delivery plans, governance, milestones, budgets, risks and reporting routines.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure outputs align with programme goals.
• Develop adoption measures and contribute to benefits realisation and transition planning.
