Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Finance/Business or related field.
• 15+ years of consulting experience.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on energy and utilities industry trends, operating models, and transformation strategy.
• Engage with clients to translate challenges into actionable, technology-enabled transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate executive workshops to define program vision, business cases, success metrics, and roadmaps.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
• Plan, manage, and execute projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
• Track progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Liaise between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across transformation programs, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Lead large, complex transformation programs end-to-end from strategy to benefits realization.
