Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager to be deployed at our prestigious client in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur Office. The role focuses on delivering tactical and transformation projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and PMO governance.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage risks, define deliverables, and maintain clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years managing IT projects and system implementations.
• Experience with core insurance systems and digital projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables and success criteria.
• Plan resources, budget and project team structure.
• Manage risks, dependencies and change control.
• Ensure governance and compliance with PMO standards.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and escalation.
• Close projects with handover and documentation.
