Job summary

Executive, Community & Communications in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented Programme Coordinator to drive end-to-end Digital Enablement initiatives. You will manage workplans, schedules, logistics, budgets and documentation while coordinating cross-functional inputs to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include developing engagement plans and multimedia content, coordinating roadshows and webinars, tracking participation, and reporting progress to refine adoption efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Event Management or an equivalent relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Digital Enablement programmes, including workplans, schedules, logistics, budgets, documentation and follow-up actions.
• Develop and execute internal marketing and communication campaigns that build awareness, engagement and adoption of digital initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate change engagement activities, including roadshows, town halls, webinars and activation events, and capture employee feedback to refine adoption efforts.
• Coordinate stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors, managing inputs, approvals, deliverables, timelines and administrative requirements.
• Track programme participation engagement and feedback, provide progress reports and recommend improvements to training and change activities.
