Job summary

Servier Malaysia is seeking a high‑impact Business Capability Lead to drive capability development across sales and management. You will design, implement and continuously improve training strategies, leveraging digital tools to accelerate field readiness and performance.

The role partners with HR operations and senior sales leaders to ensure alignment with global standards, while fostering an innovative learning culture and data‑driven improvement within a pharmaceutical context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Science, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a training or learning & development role.
• Experience delivering business excellence training; knowledge of BI tools like Power BI and Veeva.
• Sales experience is required.
• Strong ability to design e-learning modules and develop high-impact training materials.

Responsibilities

• Define capability needs and minimum standards for current and future business success, including digital capabilities.
• Lead initial and ongoing capability-building initiatives for sales reps and managers.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, National Sales Manager, and other stakeholders to deliver training programs.
• Champion digital, multi-channel, and remote learning methods and measure program effectiveness.
• Support onboarding and development of Business Capability team members and partner with product managers.
