Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Human Capital Development Consultant to partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, diagnose performance challenges, and design practical learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

You will blend consulting, facilitation and learning design to deliver leadership, management, sales and professional development programmes, evaluate impact, coach leaders, and translate data into improved performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/Business studies is required.
• HRD Corp Accredited Trainer (TTT) certification preferred.
• Experience in corporate training, public workshops, or educational roles.
• Experience designing leadership and management development programmes and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver leadership, management, and soft skills programmes.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Deliver engaging workshops and coaching for managers and leaders.
• Measure learning impact and continuously improve programmes based on feedback.
