Job summary

Hexagon Production Software is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to support pre‑sales, post‑sales technical activities and customer training across ASEAN Pacific. You will become a technical expert for part machining and precision engineering and travel internationally.

You will become a technical expert in CAD/CAM, NC code simulation, and high‑precision machining, lead on‑site implementations and demonstrations of ESPRIT, EDGECAM and NCSIMUL, and tailor post processors to customer needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering or Technical School with high CNC post-processing knowledge.
7+ years in CNC machine tool industry, CAM products and programming.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software with post processor and complex machining.

Responsibilities

Support pre-sales activities, post-sales technical support and customer training.
Travel across ASEAN Pacific markets; role involves international travel.
Become a technical expert in CAD/CAM and NC code simulation for various machine tools.
Lead on-site implementations, demonstrations and post-sales support for ESPRIT, EDGECAM, NCSIMUL.
Program and validate mill-turn, 5-axis and multi-tasking machines for high-precision parts.
Deploy probing strategies and automation for part alignment and in-process control.
Customize post processors, automation workflows and macros for customers.
Support integration of AI/ML software solutions for smart manufacturing.
