Jingdong Logistics seeks a seasoned sales professional in Malaysia to drive revenue and expand our warehousing and 3PL service footprint. You will cultivate new clients, tailor logistics solutions, and close deals while collaborating with operations and customer service teams.

You will also maintain client relationships, conduct market research, and participate in industry events to boost brand presence and lead generation. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the supply chain sector, with a strong focus on warehousing and distribution services.
• In-depth knowledge of 3PL solutions, supply chain operations, and freight management.
• High fluency in Mandarin & English.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a solid track record of closing deals and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their specific needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
