Job summary

Great Eastern is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive high NBEV sales by engaging the agency through product training and strategic initiatives. The role involves analyzing product performance, promoting brand awareness, and coordinating with sales teams to deliver effective campaigns.

You will lead training, craft communications, and ensure regulatory compliance while identifying opportunities to improve productivity and risk management across the agency network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Fast learner with strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide business development support for branches/region and collaborate with agency members and Sales Team for product enquiries, rapport building, training and engagement.
• Handle product and campaigns communication and strategy.
• Write product-related agency circulars.
• Analyze product sales and propose action plans to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with Product Management, New Business, Customer Service and other stakeholders for launches.
• Organise product talks and develop marketing messages and flyers to promote product awareness for agency force.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
