Job summary

Urban Hygienist Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Representative in Malaysia to join our sales team across Penang, Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. This full-time role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships and driving revenue through a commission-based structure with performance bonuses and professional development opportunities.

You will identify opportunities, demonstrate products, travel as required and collaborate with service teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

• Possess own vehicle and a valid driving licence; willing to travel as required.

• Conduct product training and provide technical support to customers as needed.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities using our system.
• Collaborate with Customer Connect & Service teams to ensure seamless service provision and satisfaction.
• Attend training, briefing and events to promote our brand and generate leads.

As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, responsible for both acquiring new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. What you'll be doing
