Job summary

Polymorph Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Executive for the tyre and automotive sector in Malaysia. The role focuses on growing sales with commercial and industrial customers through proactive market outreach and relationship-building.

You will identify opportunities, present products, prepare quotations, and negotiate terms while coordinating with procurement, operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading or industrial sectors is an advantage.
• Own transport and willingness to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations and logistics for smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain sales records, customer databases and reports.
