Tyrestore Sdn Bhd, a leading tyre distributor and automotive service provider in Malaysia, is hiring a Business Development Manager (B2C) for its Puchong, Selangor location. The role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and growing revenue across consumer channels, including online marketplaces.

The position requires a proven sales track record, strong market understanding, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in automotive, retail, or B2C
Strong understanding of tyre, automotive or related consumer markets
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues

Responsibilities

Identify, research and pursue new B2C opportunities to drive revenue growth
Develop and execute strategic sales plans and marketing initiatives for consumer market
Grow online sales channels (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) with pricing and performance focus
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategies
Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations on campaigns and retention programs
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
Monitor and report on market performance and sales metrics
Identify opportunities to expand services and partnerships
Assist in pricing strategies and promotional offers
