Job summary

Charles Mann Solutions Sdn Bhd is hiring a Business Development Executive on a 3‑month contract to acquire new corporate clients for our training courses and expand existing accounts in Malaysia.

You will own the sales cycle from initial outreach to booking, coordinate with trainers, and report to Directors in Malaysia and the UK. The role suits proactive networkers with experience in B2B sales, ideally in training or professional services, and offers flexible working in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to run a full sales cycle independently.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Build a steady pipeline of new corporate clients via calls, email, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Identify training needs by reaching HR, L&D, and department heads
• Prepare proposals and quotations and follow up to convert bookings
• Explain HRD Corp funding clearly and coordinate with operations
• Reconnect with past clients and lost leads to win repeat business
• Identify upsell opportunities including additional courses and Solutions services
• Keep all leads and deals up to date in the CRM pipeline
• Report activity and pipeline value bi-daily against targets
• Share client feedback and market trends to shape new courses
