Job summary

Misarma Supply Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and oversee commercial performance for the assigned division. The role requires aligning initiatives with corporate objectives, optimizing resources, and fostering a high-performance culture.

You will oversee strategy, operations, budgeting, procurement, and cross-functional team development while ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent highly advantageous.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business operations, sales, or general management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing business performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies aligned with vision and targets.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring compliant, effective processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across all functions.
