Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–8 years of progressive sales/commercial experience, including at least 3 years in a branch management/supervisory role.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, P&L management, budget tracking, and operational forecasting.
• Strong leadership and team coaching with oversight of warehouse and transport logistics.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and production targets.
• Drive B2B client acquisition and outbound sales strategies across the territory.
• Analyze market dynamics and client feedback to refine commercial tactics.
• Track sales pipelines, CRM data accuracy, and KPI metrics.
• Spearhead recruitment, onboarding, and product training for sales and branch staff.
• Provide ongoing sales coaching and regular performance evaluations.
• Oversee branch staffing, scheduling, attendance, and morale.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guarantee smooth service execution.
• Manage branch reporting, budget allocation, and cost-control initiatives.
• Optimize inventory control, stock management, and reorder planning.
