Misarma is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance and high performance across teams. You will plan, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, and drive continuous process improvements to meet business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to maintain service quality and operational discipline across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines (Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of operational experience; 2–3 years in leading teams and driving improvements.
• Strong command in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin an added advantage.
• Experience implementing KPIs, SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Sound understanding of compliance-driven environments and risk mitigation.

• Plan, manage and oversee daily operations to meet schedules, KPIs and resource requirements.
• Optimize processes, anticipate risks, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
• Implement SOPs and ensure service quality, discipline, and efficiency.
• Lead, motivate and develop operational teams to achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Management to align operations with business needs.
• Prepare operational reports, performance reviews and improvement plans for management.
