Hong Leong Bank seeks an Executive, Business & Corporate Banking (Bancassurance) to expand portfolio performance across General and Life insurance solutions while fostering strong partner and client relationships.

You will design, launch, and execute targeted sales campaigns across bank channels, build strategic relationships with the partner bank and internal units, identify cross-selling opportunities, collaborate with product teams to tailor insurance offerings, and train Bank Business

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Knowledge of General or Life Insurance products and underwriting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in sales reporting, data analysis, and pipeline management tools.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Aufgaben

• Design, launch, and execute sales and marketing campaigns across bank channels to hit revenue targets.
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with partner bank stakeholders to drive cross-selling.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the client base.
• Collaborate with product development and insurance partners to market competitive products.
• Plan training modules and coaching for Bank Business Development/Sales staff.
